Infant Massage Education

My infant massage lessons are designed to support bonding, relaxation, and confidence for both you and your baby.  Each package includes five one-hour, in-home sessions, typically scheduled over the course of a month.

​During these sessions, you will learn:

  • A gentle, structured sequence of infant massage strokes

  • The physical and emotional benefits of massage for both baby and parent

  • How to use nurturing touch as part of your daily routine

 

     Handouts and sample massage oil are provided
