My Story
Hello and welcome — I'm so glad you're here.
My journey into infant massage and education began with a deep-rooted love for nurturing and connection. Over the years, I've seen how simple, mindful touch can help babies thrive, support new parents, and create beautiful bonds that last a lifetime. Helping others feel more confident, calm, and connected during these early days is both my passion and my purpose.
Outside of my practice, you’ll often find me walking for miles — it's my way of slowing down and listening to the rhythm of the world (especially near water, where the sound always brings me peace). I love trying new recipes, exploring new places, and of course, stopping to pet every friendly dog or cat I meet along the way.
My business, Calm And Nourish, is an extension of all the things I care about: listening, caring, connection, learning, and a little joy in the everyday. I’m honored to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you and your little one.

“Infants are accustomed to touch stimulation of constant movement in the womb, and they need the reestablishment of those rhythms after birth.”

My Approach

At Calm And Nourish, my approach is grounded in love, shows a deep respect for babies, is informed by research, and guided by decades of hands-on experience. I look forward to walking this meaningful path with you and your baby.
At Calm And Nourish, I believe in the profound power of nurturing touch to support a child’s development and strengthen the bond between parent and baby. Infant massage is more than a technique—it’s a way of connecting, communicating, and building trust and security from the very beginning of life.
As a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) and long-time educator (MS, BS, DTH), I am deeply aligned with the mission of Infant Massage USA—to promote nurturing touch and communication through training, education, and research so that parents, caregivers, and children are loved, valued, and respected throughout the world community.
Through infant massage, I guide families in learning a gentle, loving practice that:
-
Supports parent-child bonding
-
Improves sleep patterns
-
Reduces stress and promotes resiliency
-
Eases symptoms of postnatal depression
-
Helps caregivers better understand and respond to their baby’s cues
Every session is designed with respect, compassion, and care, empowering parents to connect more deeply with their baby and to feel confident in their caregiving journey.
